Submission of VAT electronic forms

​The Commissioner for Revenue notifies that as from 1st September 2018, the VAT documents, (listed below),  are to be submitted through electronic forms. All relevant forms can be accessed from the CFR website using this link or servizz.gov.mt

Request for Change/Add Economic Activity ​Active E id
Reprint of VAT Certificate ​Active E id
Change of Mailing and Business Address ​Active E id
Change/Add Business Branch ​Active E id
Change Employment Basis  ​Active E id
Request for issue of a Duplicate Logbook ​​No authentication
Transfer of Fiscal Cash Register ​No authentication
Order Fiscal Receipts Books ​No authentication
Remission on Interest and Penalties ​No authentication
Request for VAT Refunds through SEPA Direct Credit ​No authentication
Subscribe SMS/Email Alerts ​No authentication
Unsubscribe SMS/Email Alerts ​No authentication

Paper format VAT forms will not be accepted by the Department and will be returned.
