Closing Date For Income Tax Returns is 30th June 2021
Send your Income Tax Return together with the payment of any tax due for the year 2020. Make sure you declare all your income so as not to incur additional tax and interest. Payments should be made online quoting the payment reference printed on the return.
You can also make your payments by visiting one of the MaltaPost branches or send a cheque payable to the Commissioner for Revenue using the self-addressed envelope mailed with the tax return. When using these two options you should use the payment slip of the tax return.
For more details one can contact the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue on: taxpayerservice.cfr@gov.mt or phone 153 for citizens or 144 for businesses.
Further assistance on filing the Income Tax Return may be found in the Booklet provided or by making an appointment by phoning 153.
